ABOUT

Alex Glucina, Kiwi/Croatian, West Auckland. I’m an amateur musician, tennis player, skateboarder and professional cinematographer.

I started in the film industry many shoots ago, working in the camera department as a clapper loader when shooting on film was still a thing. I was lucky enough to work on amazing shows such as Spartacus, which introduced me to some of New Zealand’s finest camera people.

Over the last few years, I have worked as a camera operator on a variety of shows and movies. Some of the most notable are; Ash Vs Evil Dead (3 seasons), Don’t Make Me Go (feature film) and the cinematography Emmy winning show Sweet Tooth (3 Seasons). In between working on these shows, I’ve been working as a cinematographer on commercials, creative content, music videos and short films. I have a passion for shooting, for making projects I’m proud of and for being a part of the creative process.
